Hi, I’m Ritu and this is my yoga story

This precious practice was first introduced to me by my incredibly beautiful and deeply spiritual mother
Beyond strength, balance, and flexibility, yoga has brought me clarity in my words, thoughts, actions, and intuition

After completing my 200 hours YTT certification, I’ve taught on and off for the past eight years. With humility, I aim to deepen my practice every day and I’m also just a big nerd at heart
Yoga has opened the door to other modalities for the body and mind: Eastern Buddhist meditation, Vedic literature, psychology, etc.

Now, at 37, I’ve decided to embark on a new chapter. Through this channel, I hope to share the knowledge and experiences I’ve gathered — authentically — in the hope of offering a little peace to the mind and more ease in movement

Travel is an inevitable part of my soul, so you’ll see that woven in here too from time to time.
