The Mind Body Mountain

Here, I share insights and practices drawn from my own journey. I focus on approaches that are direct as opposed to spending time managing symptoms. I also don't talk in abstraction, metaphor (unless specified) or vague concepts... I work hard to bring you science, accuracy and speak literally so you don't have to decode vague statements.

MAD Technique
• MINDSET - either "I can handle it" or "I am using 'insert here' to practice handling it."
• ALLOW EMOTIONS - somatic experiencing (emotions can be painful but not dangerous, allow with no story).
• DETACH from THOUGHTS - my "mid-sentence mindfulness" technique and Vipassana, mindfulness etc.

Try to work across all three areas of MAD - mindset, allow and detach - see playlists.

With every day practice, these approaches move your nervous system from sensitised to desensitised. Healing becomes more than recovery, it leads to immense CAPACITY, RESILIENCE and a deeper sense of WELLBEING. Wishing you well, Abigail.
