The EU-funded Horizon Europe Push*Back*Lash project explores political actors, agendas, and strategies that promote anti-gender equality in the European Union and beyond, using a large methodological palette - surveys, experiments, interviews, focus groups, and participatory theater. The project also designs and empirically tests counterstrategies to overcome the pushback against gender equality and democracy in Europe. The project brings together civil society activists, EU experts, and researchers from the fields of Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Communication and Media, Philosophy, and Social Psychology from 11 universities and organizations in Europe. This channel will provide project updates relevant for policy practitioners, researchers, civil society activists, and citizens. Visit us for Online Gender Cafes, where experts and practitioners will discuss how we can push back on the pushback.
The project is funded under the grant agreement number 101061687.
