I’m Simone Sharice, an Atlanta-based content creator with a love for New York. My journey started six years ago with a YouTube video teaching women how to do sew-ins at home. Since then, I’ve focused on beauty, lifestyle, and more recently, wellness.

This time of year always feels so busy, with daylight savings and everything else going on—it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves. That’s why I wanted to create a monthly fitness challenge you can do right from home or wherever you are in the world. Each workout is just 15 minutes but will leave you feeling amazing. Prioritizing wellness is so important, especially as seasonal depression can creep in around this time. Let’s take care of our minds and bodies together!
WHEN:
✨All workouts are prerecorded so you can do it at your own pace, but it would be great if you follow along.
