I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a Ph.D in Food & Nutrition and an M.Phil in Public Health. I have been involved with teaching, research and academia for last 8 years. I have also delivered several talks as a guest Dietitian in various educational institutions.
I am currently working as Assistant Professor and also rendering my services as Consultant Clinical Dietitian at Ali Medical Centre, F-8, Islamabad.
This particular channel has been formed with 4 major objectives;
1. To educate and make general public aware about their health and nutrition
2. To provide practical solutions to various nutritional problems faced by common people
3. To highlight various public health problems faced by our community and provide prevention based solutions
4. To help university students sharpen their skills in various software programs such as Word, Excel, Power point, SPSS, Minitab etc
