📍මාපලාන ඇල්ල - Mapalana WaterFall
ශ්රී ලංකාවේ රත්නපුර දිස්ත්රික්කයේ බලන්ගොඩ නගරයට ආසන්නව පිහිටා ඇති විශ්මයජනක දිය ඇල්ලකි. සශ්රීක වනාන්තර සහ කඳු වැටි අතර සැඟවී ඇති මෙම දර්ශනීය දිය ඇල්ල, සොබාදහමට ආදරය කරන්නන්ට සහ ත්රාසජනක ලෝලීන්ට සන්සුන් විවේකයක් ලබා දෙයි. මෙම දිය ඇල්ල වැලි ඔයෙන් ආරම්භ වී පාෂාණමය කඳු මුදුන් මතින් අලංකාර ලෙස ගලා යන අතර, ජලය සහ මීදුමෙහි සිත් ඇදගන්නාසුළු දර්ශනයක් නිර්මාණය කරයි.
මෙම දිය ඇල්ල 140m ක් පමණ උසකින් වැටෙන අතර එය සබරගමුව පළාතේ උසම දිය ඇලි වලින් එකක් බවට පත් කරයි. මාපලාන ඇල්ලට ළඟා වීම ඝන වෘක්ෂලතාදිය හරහා මනරම් ගමනක් ඇතුළත් වන අතර, නරඹන්නන්ට ප්රදේශයේ පොහොසත් ජෛව විවිධත්වය ගවේෂණය කිරීමට අවස්ථාවක් ලබා දෙයි. මෙම ගමන තරමක් අභියෝගාත්මක වුවද, සංචාරකයින්ට දිය ඇලි සහ එහි පෞරාණික වටපිටාවේ විශ්මයජනක පරිදර්ශක දසුනක් ලබා දෙයි.

Mapalana Falls is a stunning waterfall located near the town of Balangoda in the Ratnapura District of Sri Lanka. Tucked away among lush forests and mountain ranges, this scenic waterfall offers a tranquil retreat for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts. The waterfall originates from the Weli Oya and cascades gracefully over rocky cliffs, creating a mesmerizing spectacle of water and mist.
The waterfall drops from a height of about 140m, making it one of the tallest waterfalls in the Sabaragamuwa Province. Reaching Mapalana Falls involves a scenic trek through dense vegetation, giving visitors a chance to explore the rich biodiversity of the area. Although the trek is quite challenging, it offers tourists a breathtaking panoramic view of the waterfall and its pristine surroundings.

රත්නපුර දිස්ත්රික්කයේ ඇහැලියගොඩ ප්රාදේශීය සභා කොට්ඨාශයේ එල්ලාවල හි ඉහළකන්ද ගම්මානයේ පිහිටා ඇති මෙම අපූරු මානන් ඇල්ල පිහිටා ඇත.
🔻මෙම දිය ඇල්ල මීටර් 40 ක් පමණ උසින් යුක්ත වන අතර වියළි කාලවලදී පවා හොඳ ජල ප්රවාහයක් සඳහා ප්රසිද්ධය. කෙසේ වෙතත්, වැසි සමයේදී එය හොඳම වන අතර අධික ජල ප්රවාහයක් ඇති විට බොඹුරු ඇල්ල දිය ඇල්ල තරම් දර්ශනීය යැයි කියනු ලැබේ.

This magnificent Manan Ella is located in the Ellawala Ihalakanda village in the Eheliyagoda Pradeshiya Sabha division of the Ratnapura district.
🔻This waterfall is 40 meters high and is known for its good water flow even during the dry season. However, it is best enjoyed during rains and is said to be as spectacular as the Bomburu Ella waterfall when there is a high water flow.
