Good Afternoon, anyone who was watching the Deal or No Deal POWERPLAY fruit machine Live Stream and saw and heard the payout error alarm.
I took the hopper apart and cleaned everything. Our puppy found what was causing the problem, I tipped all the coins out on the carpet from the hopper, when our puppy was out on a walk. He was interested in all the coins on the floor. I noticed he had picked something up so i looked in his mouth and he found the tiny black pin that holds the reel sleeve to the frame. The ones you see in the picture, you can sometimes see on DOND and you can tell whats in the box from last time because you see the reel pins. I think the pin was floating around in the hopper payout mechanism and randomly jamming it. All works fine now 👍🏻
