The WaterCure suggests that Dehydration is the fundamental source of the majority of health problems.
THE WATERCURE DAILY:
* Drink at least 8 Glasses of Water
* Consume half a teaspoon of Sea Salt

You can take the Sea Salt how you prefer, but what I tend to do is to sprinkle a little bit into my hand and take it with each glass of water I drink throughout the day. By the end of the day it adds up to 1/2 or 3/4 teaspoon. Try experimenting, some people prefer to take the salt all in one go in the morning and some people need a little more than half a teaspoon daily.
