BOOM!!! Today, May 9, 2025, in Newark, NJ Municipal Court, EVERY SINGLE BOGUS CHARGE against Leroy Truth connected to Leroy Truth bogus unlawful arrest while Leroy Truth is speaking during his comment time during a Union City, NJ commissioners meeting was DISMISSED!!!

What were the charges?
Two ridiculous, unconstitutional counts of “disrupting a public meeting” — filed against Leroy for simply speaking during his legally allotted 5-minute public comment time at a Union City Commissioners Meeting on July 16, 2024.

Let that sink in:
He was arrested for TALKING during his time to SPEAK.
That’s not justice — that’s a dictatorship!

But today…
THE COURT SLAMMED THE DOOR ON TYRANNY!!!
Judge Erik Acosta did the right thing and Dismiss all of those charges after Union City police officer Fernando MURO fail to show up to prosecute the case for the fourth time in a row.

That arrest which Union City Police officer Fernando MURO was part of was a complete violation of the First Amendment!!!
