My name is JoAnn. Do you like dinosaurs? Then you've come to the right place! ^^ I not only draw, but I also create simple animations and animatics too. I've been a fan of dinosaurs since childhood especially since watching Jurassic Park at a young age helped it more and I never let that go ever since. I also like other stuff including Godzilla ^^ Other hobbies include playing video games and watching movies.
This channel is for anyone to enjoy; although keep in mind that there will be some videos featuring animated blood/gore in it, but there will be warnings displayed in a video each time it happens.

It's still Halloween month as of typing this and as yet another way to celebrate, a new Paleo Review video is underway. This time, "Hunted by Moonlight" created by Dead Sound.
It's technically complete, but all that's left is fixing the background music and finishing with rendering.

Hey guys. I might as well give you a few updates.
1. I'll start with a little bit of bad news. My laptop of 11 years pretty much crapped on me. It still works and I still have my files, but due to its age, I can't provide updates for it anymore. Luckily, I recently got a new laptop, so that solves that problem. I will be continuing with video making very soon and I already plan on uploading a short animation video when Halloween day comes.
2. I finished all the art frames for a clip for my animatic story "The Hadrosaur". It centers around my character Scarlet the Carnotaurus and it takes place before and during Episode 16.
3. I finally watched the new Primitive War movie that came out this year of 2025. It does have some problems especially with the designs on some of these prehistoric animals and a couple of other things, but I still enjoyed that film a lot better than 65 (2023). Once I feel ready to cover the movie in a Paleo Review video, I'll be getting started on it. I'm still processing it as of typing this post though.
October's been a bit shaky for me especially with this bullcrap with my old laptop, but I am still hanging in there and I'm still hyped for Halloween. Hope you guys are doing well. ^.^'

So I know I just made an update post, but there's been a slight change in plans. ^^''' Due to some stuff that will be going on around Saturday, I have ultimately decided that my video "Crystal Nightmares" will premiere this Friday night instead. Again, I apologize ^^'' This change is made because of stuff happening in my life outside of my control.

Alrighty. I might as well give you guys two video updates.
1. This Saturday night around my time, I am hoping to premiere my third video of October and that is called "Crystal Nightmares", featuring Onyx the Shadow Hunter. Obviously, I won't spoil anything about that video.
2. Better late than never, but I am finally ready to get back on the subject of Primitive War. I haven't seen the 2025 movie yet due to the fact it never played in my town, but I did finish the 2017 novel back in August. I finished writing up my notes and because I'm usually not a book reader, my review video on the Primitive War novel will be separate from my usual Paleo Review videos. As of typing this, I have yet to get started on recording my voice for the video, but it will happen.

This year marks the 120th anniversary of Tyrannosaurus Rex being named ^_^ T. Rex is always a classic one and movies and other media really boosted its popularity over the years.

Okay, I know I was just talking about video updates, but I got a question for you guys.
Are you guys having trouble with finding my newest uploads or trouble with getting notifications on whenever I upload a video?
The reason I ask is because I recently noticed that the videos I uploaded after "Dream Disruption with Alarms" are really slow and a bit extra low on view counts. As it turns out, I'm not alone because I know at least 2 of my friends who have this same issue. I was told it probably had something to do with the restricted option that got automatically activated for viewers and hearing that makes sense :/
