This "Advice" is always followed by a sketch loosely based on the Dr.'s previous rant. With themes ranging from two party - loving Germans who drink coffee laced with ecstasy, to a lazy genie who likes to get high and eat pizza, TGL has been describes as, "The funniest nightmare I've ever had!"
