So, you are here to get to know me a little bit more. Well, I'm Dhin, an aspiring pastry chef who has a big heart for delicious fresh food and tantalizing pastries! I enjoy making food, getting creative, and of course allowing myself an occasional food indulgence.
#Switzerland, where I'm currently sourcing my fresh ingredients, is my third continent to live in. I was born in the islands of the #Philippines and migrated to the land of dreams #UnitedStates at the age of 15.
The year 2020 is especially unique to each and every one of us. I started Gem Framboise as a vessel to amplify the inner peace and serenity through different cuisines. In the past few months, I spent most of my time whisking egg whites and chopping garlics and onions, which ultimately became therapeutic. I hope you find yourself in the kitchen as your sanctuary to restore calmness from within and share it to people who are in search for it.
