Over the past four years, I’ve built Dharma BAY Academy: Business And Yoga With Purpose: the first 500 YTT that combines public speaking, strength training, and marketing modules.
I've divided the academy into two segments:
"Elevate Your Yoga Teaching with Public Speaking": a 21-day course designed to help yoga teachers conquer their fears of public speaking, find their authentic voice, step confidently into the spotlight, and master the art of communication through storytelling.
"Dharmatically Strong" is designed to elevate your teaching with endurance, strength, and confidence, mastering the art of demonstrating, holding, and guiding advanced poses with strength, ease, and grace.
