Hey, you heartbroken music lovers! You're not alone! The Drug's music is heartfelt, energetic and melancholic. Besides that the band tends to ignore genre boundaries. The Drug takes inspiration from very different bands like Radiohead, The Beatles, early War On Drugs, Tame Impala or even Daft Punk by using some legendary instruments (Mellotron, Prophet 5, Wurlitzer, Space Echo). The songs that emerge are unique and very diverse ... yet they always sound like The Drug!
