So I have been taking a break on videos for a couple months, and now I'm eager to get back in, and expanding to some different areas. I do have a bunch of more Achievement Hunter and other Rooster Teeth edits in the pipeline, but for this next week I will be testing the waters with clips and edits of VTuber streams, especially the Hololive EN streamers. A proper heads up to any subs who are actually reading this XD
This was a bit of a more complicated project. Now, for AH TTT viewers who might only watch on YouTube, the recent Moon Ball items appeared to be introduced very abruptly without much comment. That was because this episode actually introduced the Moonball items, but was only released for RT First Members less than week before the scandal and disgracing of a certain James Ry*n Haywood. So this episode, which included him, was not released to YouTube.
Unlike some other videos from that timeframe, this one had a substantial amount of "salvageable" footage, so I decided to carefully edit the episode to cut out Ry*n as much as possible, cutting out parts where he would be on camera or in focus, and even replacing some audio with different sounds, leaving only some moments with his character model or occasional barely noticeable background noise.
After uploading a big video, I found the quality did not come out as good as to my satisfaction. I have decided to unlist the video for now and see if I can fix up a better quality one tomorrow.
Back with more AH highlights content. Instead of my time-consuming and tiring on-and-off process before, I now have prepared a whole fusillade of highlights in short-form, with some long-form content on the way to be mixed in.
In particular, whenever I can make it work, I am trying out cropping videos that are under one minute to square or vertical format, to try and make it work better for mobile platforms and take advantage of YouTube's new forays into it.
