In an interesting turn of events, went to supercharge the Model S yesterday. It charged the FASTEST it has ever charged since new!
When originally purchased, it charged at a max of about 118kW. After 2 months of ownership, halfway through my first road trip, Tesla limited my SC Speeds to 94 kW saying I supercharged too much...... The December 26, 2020 Firmware Update, unlocked my Model S supercharging speeds (While capping my Model X supercharging speeds....) to 114/115 kW. I'll TAKE IT! Still a 20kW improvement.
Well, had the CCS upgrade done about 1 1/2 weeks ago, and a recent firmware 11.1 update. Yesterday was a little warmer, and we arrived with a warm but not not hot battery at about 80*F upon arrival. Well, wasn't I surprised when I saw our Supercharger rate at 124 kW!!!

Tomorrow, I'll be making live a video on the Model S & Model X heater fan. I know, not very exiting. My MS fan just "failed", so I take the cover off and show what & why it "failed", and show what I did to make it work again. I opted for replacement, so brand new one to be installed, as they are surprisingly reasonably priced, both the part & install. I'll be saving the old one for a garage project. In hindsight, different than what I said in the video, I'll likely use it as an exhaust fan for our 24 ft cargo trailer arcade ;-)

Thoughts on this.
Putting together two new ideas. Live Stream. Stream 1: Tesla Events that I have recorded, such as the Gigafactory Tour, Semi & Roadster Unveil, Model 3 Event and others.
Second Live Stream: Tesla Cam. In the past 2 years, I've amased quite a collection of near misses and other peoples eff up's in Tesla Cam on the Model X, and my dash cam, including us getting t-boned in Illinois and the other driver running. Enough to really fill a long stream. Idea, I'd keep adding them as I record them. Had 3 yesterday alone. One guy cut across 3 lanes of traffic to get to the exit and nearly hit us.
Streams would run 24/7, new content added as I have it.
As I write this, a third stream idea, a How-To. I've done a number of repair and fix videos, such as accessing the 12v, replacing 12v batteries, wash pumps, fixing suspension squeaks and others.

I need to start using this more! Todays video WAS going to be a walkthrough and discussion of a brand spanking new 2022 Model X fully loaded (Minus Performance/Plaid). Unfortunately, YouTube decided it still wants to keep processing the video (Going on 2 days since uploaded). I don't think anyone here wants to watch a 320p video and would much rather have at MINIMUM HD if not 4k. So delaying that until YouTube finishes processing.
As such, I'm working through a LONG backlog of Range Update videos. Just posted 93,000 Mile Range Update, while my 90D is at 127,000 Miles. I think I will do 2 Range Update videos/week until I am caught up. I think it's important to go video by video and not skip ahead. As far as I know, I'm the only person that has recorded this information since new, and in such detail. I also believe I found Tesla fudging numbers..... Otherwise how else does range increase while pack capacity decreases, and with nothing more than a firmware update.....

Next, got a few other videos coming. How-To video fixing a 40 year old Super Pac-Man Arcade Cocktail Cabinet Power Supply (Replacing with a Modern Switching PSU). I also got my hands on a brand spanking new, Milwaukee Tools Lawn Mower, so a Two-Part Review on the mower. It is expensive, but for a reason. This isn't a toy. This is a professional grade Mower. Absolutely Solid, and best part, the M18 batteries it uses (12ah) are backwards compatible with Milwaukee M18 based power tools! This is a mower for lawn care services!

So that is it for today! If I forget, please remind me to keep updating here. I keep forgetting about this YouTube feature!
