I still exist guys, just been 100% focused on building a routine and getting my habits in order. Got 2 vids in the vault, since I’ll be leaving on August 19, I’m scheduling everything to upload around that time. My basic is 10 weeks long, so I probably won’t be able to upload until after it’s done. So these scheduled videos will be there while I’m gone. If you have any questions/video ideas you can comment them here or check my bio for socials.
Before I do leave I’m planning to release a long form video updating everything that’s been going on and why I started my 90 day challenge in the first place.

As always keep growing, get those small wins, and have fun even when the work is serious.

I’m going to be taking a break from uploading here for a while to just focus on dialing in my training and self-improvement. Not proud to say it but I’ve been neglecting my workouts, and just overall feeling unmotivated to do anything. But I’m going to just focus on rebuilding, doing the little boring habits that I’ve been skipping and hopefully, in a week we’ll be back in order.

Today I faced a fear I’ve been running from for weeks—literally.

A month ago, my neighbor’s German shepherd came after me during a run. Since then, I’ve avoided running outside altogether. But with my treadmill broken and only 36 days left before I ship out for Army Basic Training, I had no choice but to face it.

In this video, I share what that run taught me—not just about fear, but about the way we trap ourselves in our own minds.

Some days I crush my run. Today I almost quit.
But I got up anyway.

New short is up – Day 41.

Tomorrow's video is going to be really personal, I think many of you will connect to this one, it's about fear.

Would you rather see a short start with a quote/story or the workout first?

I got complacent. After uploading 50+ vids I started to think I was “experienced” or some kind of “expert” I stopped researching other creators as much, I stopped watching YouTube and figuring out what kind of content I like to see and what my viewers want. And just like that my channel started dying, I was ignoring my low views and just kept making the same videos over and over expecting something different.
That’s crazy behavior, if something isn’t working, change it.
And that’s exactly what I’m going to do. I’m going to do the boring stuff, and do it a lot. Because when you’re not talented or as lucky as the top 1% you don’t stand a chance without doing the boring stuff and doing it consistently. I don’t expect outcomes to change immediately, views are still going to be low. My has barely changed even after going to from struggling to run 1 mile to being able to run 3 without stopping.
I’m just going to take all the feedback, stop getting upset over low views and figure out what I’m doing wrong and fix it. And we’ll go from there.
Never stop growing.

2 short form vids in the vault rn, spending some extra time trying to make better quality content for you guys! I figure no one will see this for a while, but if you do what kind of long form video would like to see next?

Just realized I’ve never used the Community tab before lol

I’m currently 66 days out from shipping to Army basic training. Trying to document the process and get in the best shape of my life.

Expect some raw updates, behind-the-scenes, and maybe a few mental breakdowns 😅

Let’s see where this goes.

What kind of content do you guys want to see more?

I’ve recently realized that talking is terrible for making real changes. When I talk about my amazing plans and all the cool projects I’m working on, that’s when everything collapses and I stop making progress.
Sometimes it’s just best to shut up and do the work and let it speak for itself.

Also, thanks for 150 subs :). Hitting 1k before 2026 would be crazy
