(Info:Priest Fords story is still being worked on so nothing's set in stone feel free to make suggestions to his story, but RN I'm thinking he's from another dimension and is trying to stop Silas by finding weaknesses from the inside of the cult so he's trying to infiltrate it, but Silas is getting suspicious so every now and then he tweaks Fords mind)
