The Honorable Jessica Clark has GRANTED ANNA KANEs team to MOVE FORWARD with the Court permitting written discovery, only as to the following topics (limited to a time frame to be agreed upon by the parties): Identities of executives and employees of Bad Boy Records; Identities of individuals with whom Defendant Pierre travelled to MICHIGAN, if any; Identities of Plaintiff's colleagues, friends, or associates present at the DETROIT lounge as alleged in the complaint; Any information regarding the location, name, or ownership of the Detroit lounge; Defendants' ownership of private jets and use of car services in the Detroit and Teterboro areas, and related logs, receipts, or manifests; and Any other topics mutually agreed upon by the parties. The aforementioned discovery shall be completed by no later than January 30, 2026. He went to the hospital and had a R-kit done, DOCUMENTING his injuries.
The DNA was tested in 1997.
A few weeks later, they sent 3 men to SILENCE HIM by MURKING HIM.
They failed. EPICALLY. INSTEAD, he DEFENDED HIMSELF and the woman he was with and ultimately and accidentally stabbed one of the assailants who later succumb to his injuries. He was ARRESTED for 2nd degree MURKER.
A long and HORRIFIC story of events took place in the YEARS between, but the R-kit was TESTED AGAIN in APRIL24
On Nov. 18, 2024, they tried to CONFISCATE the gRAPE kit results IDENTIFYING SEAN COMBS as the DNA CONTRIBUTOR and PERPETRATOR to the gRAPE and BRUTAL PHYSICAL ASSAULT upon DERRICK LEE CARDELLO-SMITH in the Summer of 1997, and later FRAMED Cardello-Smith for CSC (gRAPE) and kidnapping of 3 different women AT THE ORDER OF SEAN COMBS & KIM WORTHY, CURRENT Chief Prosecutor (then Judge) of Wayne County, MI.
On Nov. 28, 2024 that R-kit was picked up from MDOC by US Marshalls and brought to FEDERAL COURT.
I KNOW SO MANY of the DISGUSTING DETAILS, but I must ask WHY IS DERRICK LEE CARDELLO-SMITH STILL IN PRISON?!
