So uh...I was hoping I wouldn't have to do yet another of these updates, but well, things sort of took another turn. No use delaying it, though. I'll be doing it as a community post this time as opposed to a video.



First, I have something of a more definitive update in regards to someone I talked about before on this channel and on my socials- Tyler Wilson. But it's actually very good this time. For those that didn't see the last two update videos, TL;DR- Tyler Wilson is a very bad person who has stalked, harassed and threatened me for well over a decade at this point, with crimes ranging from simple impersonation and trying to steal my work all the way up to death threats, trying to spread a rumor that I'm a pedophile and straight up DOXXING me. And once again, for those about to panic, he didn't get my current address. He got an old one. I'll leave the Google Doc I have all about Tyler below if you want the full extent of his misdoings to both me and other people.

But at this point, I'd had enough.


The attempted doxxing was the figurative last straw, so with the help of my friend Horrormancer, I went full legal action against Tyler and filed to get an order of protection against him. This was pretty much my last resort in getting him to stop what he was doing to both me, my livelihood, and my family, as calling the authorities was doing jack shit and I had no other options. But anyway, the court date basically came and went and,
much to my surprise AND relief, the order of protection was GRANTED.



Now as one might imagine, after having dealt with Tyler's bullshit for so long, hearing this verdict was like the biggest relief I could ever ask for. Knowing even the legal system has my back against this literal manbaby is a huge mountain of stress off my chest. Though, I should probably also clarify that during the brief time we were there (I attended via a Zoom call), Tyler's parents were also in attendance, and even under a COURT OF LAW, his mom tried to pull the autism card on the judge to protect her son. Thankfully, the judge was having none of it. So I can now safely say that Tyler's mom truly does not care about what he is doing, and is more than content to keep coddling and enabling him. Given I have hard evidence she has lied to authorities in the past before, and that she TOLD TYLER TO LIE ABOUT THE COURT PROCEEDINGS, she only cares about her son's well-being, not others, and should be equally shamed along with Tyler; not just for enabling a terrible person, but for failing in being both a decent human being AND a mother.

That all said, in the time since that court date, Tyler has made it abundantly clear he is NOT happy that I have this legal protection against him now and that he cannot attack me like he's done before. He's gone out of his way to try and keep taking shots at me, even attempting to impersonate me yet again under the name "theinvertedconnar." That motion's gotten him as far as you would expect with everyone, as the Inkbunny account he was using to do this has actually been banned as of writing this. Obviously though, be wary if you see this name or this image. I don't want anyone getting fooled by him still. But for like the millionth time again, do NOT harass Tyler over any of this. As I keep saying, the whole reason I am bringing this all up is to make you all AWARE of what this manbaby is doing, and if you ignore what I'm saying and harass him anyway, you're no better than he is.

That said, there's really nothing else to add about Tyler Wilson. All the other postings he's made online since I got the protective order are just him whining and bemoaning his current situation like he always does, so honestly, I said this on Twitter already, but I will be pulling back from talking about Tyler in such great capacity now. Unless he does something far more egregious and desperate against me, I have no real reason to discuss him further as the legal system very firmly has my back. And I'm thankful for it.



So that's the really good part of this update. Now, uh...for the really bad part, and the reason I've been offline again.
Last month, the worst outcome happened and my computer finally sputtered out and died. Despite resurging for a brief time, I was basically without a rig for at least two weeks. The computer I had was like 10 to 12 years old, to give context. So I guess it makes sense that it finally ran its course. And indeed, the tech guys I brought it to confirmed that despite everything, the poor thing was dead. Obviously though, I'm writing all this out now, so if it wasn't obvious, I have a NEW computer. And it's absolutely a beast; just look at these specs. Animations and streaming will be much more proficient from this point onwards, I'd like to think.



So you're probably all wondering now, where does the bad news come in? And, guh....this is the part of the post where everyone's gonna get upset with me.
The bad news of this computer situation is, while the tech people could save SOME of my more precious personal data, they unfortunately could not salvage the main hard drive my old computer had. And it was this very drive that contained all of my Gmod files and stuff, my audio library, AND all of my project files. So all of that is sadly now completely lost. This now means that all my projects have to be completely restarted from the beginning in terms of animation and production- Lyrish: Epilogue, Paper & Ink, the Double Shadow Prank Call followup, even smaller videos that I was doing. EVERYTHING has sadly been lost.



To say I'm crestfallen is kind of an understatement; not for myself, despite how much I lost, but because I feel I've further let all of you down- my community and viewers. You all shouldn't have to wait even longer on actual content from me, even despite everything life has been hitting me with. More than just my current work for SMG4, things just seem to keep happening that take my attention away from this channel. And it irritates me that I can't really do much about it half the time, but I WANT to keep making videos. I want to keep entertaining the lot of you. It's why I still genuinely appreciate everyone's patience with me. Even back to square one on everything with my animations, I'm not giving up by a long shot. Because you all mean the world to me.



NOW, that said, what is the plan now?
Well, as of writing this, I've rebuilt all the essentials of my audio library, and I've got Gmod and Sony Vegas prepped and primed again. At the moment, I'm still trying to get my streaming software and assets set back up properly, so streams will be a little more delayed. But priority right now is just getting my Gmod animation projects back on track, since I have to start all of them right back from the beginning, ahah...


I digress, though. In terms of Lyrish and Paper & Ink, along with other projects of mine, I'm actually still in need of a new voice actor for Sunset Shimmer and Shimmercakes. I am still looking for one long-term that is comfortable with swearing, screaming and the like, so if you are willing or know someone who is willing and fits the bill, hit me up and let's work things out. I actually am unable to even start on these two projects until then, so for now, my top priority right now is currently split three ways. At the top is 100% something I'm working on for a certain upcoming milestone of mine (hint, hint), and right under that is my Halloween video for this year. Contrary to what you might think, it actually will NOT be Secrets That We Hide, but something actually related to the Saga of unBREAKable stuff I've been doing with Horrormancer. It will indeed be another animated music video, but I will leave you guessing on what the song is. Below that is of course the Double Shadow Prank Call followup. Turns out, the entire first half was recovered from my Discord of all places, so with a little touch of editing, all that remains is the second half. So that's nice.



As for other stuff I'm working on,
The next video that will most definitely be going up some time after this post will be something I was meaning to upload much earlier- a reel of all the stuff I did for the Guns 'n Puzzles arc over on the SMG4 channel. Following that, I'll be set on editing a sillier thing I did with my friend MikotoNui- a Smash or Pass on the Dead by Daylight roster. Of course there will be smaller animations in the meantime, but I'm still just doing a bit of recovery right now.


And before ANYONE asks about the Elements of Insanity...that'll be a video for another time. There's a lot I have to say about the topic now that a community post won't do justice.



For now, that's about all I wanted to bring you all up to speed on. Again, I'm sorry that things have been so chaotic. Things are still going slow, but I'm not licked yet. Thank you all again for sticking around and for being patient. Things will hopefully pick up in due time.

I want to thank everyone for the warm reception on both the Body Rock animation and timelapse. I really had fun animating that, and it was nice to see it enjoyed a lot.

I know I've been kind of silent again. It's mostly due to the sudden passing of my father, so things have been incredibly difficult in trying to just pick up the pieces. I'm still alive and going, just not at 100% still.

But I still have things in the works, for my own channel and obviously both Ze Pyromancers and SMG4. I just need some time to piece myself together still (since it's also my birthday today, obviously).

I recently posted this, as just a means to update everybody since a lot has been happening behind the scenes off the Internet.

TL;DR-
-Was dealing with an insane stalker/pedophile manchild named Tyler Wilson, who had upgraded from simply stealing my character, proclaiming it as his own and scamming artists in drawing lewd/inappropriate art with said character, to straight up sending death threats and trying to accuse ME of being a pedophile
-Family life is in disarray right now with my sister's ex-boyfriend leaving their kids without a father, and my own father being sent to the hospital recently
-A situation among friends of mine boiled over, and I have a lot of work to do now to rectify my own stupid and selfish actions

I'm not going anywhere, obviously. Not leaving this channel, or Ze Pyromancers, or SMG4. Just a lot is still ongoing, and I need to figure out how all I'm going to keep things together.

Yet another poll, hooray. Though, this one does have more significance.

I am still all poised and primed to begin animating Lyrish: Epilogue. But as I had also mentioned, I had wished to continue the little story for Starlight Glimmer that had started from the Springtrap Finale animation, which subsequently ties a bit into Epilogue. So now the question lies; would you rather see the main event first, or the backstory to Starlight's involvement in the series?
