It was in 2016 but nonetheless amazing to have been awarded The Times and Sunday Times Negotiator of the Year. I was working for another agency at the time, and it was based on my work ethic and feedback from the clients and how they felt about how I represented them after the judges did months of mystery shopping and a rigorous interview process.
