The Revolt Fitness newly upgraded belt squat with a kick stand is out next week! What do you prefer: normal barbell squats or belt squats? I personally have had a lot of back and spine issues in the past so I prefer belt squats to take away that stress on my back and spine! It’s been a leg day staple this year for me.

After the feedback yesterday and doing this for a long time with budget racks, I wanna hop on here and give you guys my honest opinion on the best valued budget rack in the market right now. This is my honest opinion after a few years in this space and until I’m proven wrong, I stand by this. 👇

Real talk, the M1 Pro — or the M1 2.0, same thing really — is still my top pick for a budget-friendly all-in-one rack. You get machine-style front uprights for your Olympic lifts, a plate-loaded functional trainer with smooth aluminum pulleys, a decent smith machine, and the option to upgrade to weight stacks if you want.

Even with the stacks, it’s still a killer deal for the value. If you’re just getting into building a home gym and wanna keep it budget-friendly, this is definitely the move.
