Well, I made a video for VEDA 14, but Capcut Pooped the bed and I can't export it. In this video I create a specimen piece and some cabochons of this rock I found in Oregon. Let's hope they fix it soon so.

Remember VEDA? Video every day in April? This trend started early 2010's. I've always wanted to do it... and this year I'm going for it!

We're leaving for the Oregon coast this week, so I'll be starting VEDA with Rockhounding and haul videos. Whether it be a short or long form video, lapidary or melting, art creation or vlog, THERE WILL BE A VIDEO POSTED TO YOUTUBE EVERY DAY IN APRIL.

Hello Molten Metal fans! As mentioned in my last post, I filmed what turned out to be a copper fail video, but my favorite editing software is unavailable. I will be posting that video eventually. I even tried the desktop version but it, in my opinion, is hot garbage and my laptop apparently can’t handle video editing software.

I also traded in my Gopro and got an upgraded phoneular device instead. I’ll explain the reasons in my fail video.

I’m filming another video tonight and I’ll try a different editing software on said phoneular device. This next video will be a little different, but still metal/mineral related. I’m excited to share it with y’all.

Just sorting out my “Doom Pile” of scrap wire so it will be easier to strip. I’ve collected all of this (and more) in the last seven years. All of this wire was ethically obtained through work as a sparky.

Maybe I’ll do a live AMA while stripping wire for 8 hours 🤔
