On this special day, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to all the incredible sound engineers out there who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make our musical experiences unforgettable. Your dedication to achieving the perfect sound is truly remarkable. Now, in honour of Sound Check Day here's a little rework of an old Christmas classic but for all you amazing sound engineers!
THE 12 DAYS OF SOUND:
On the first day of mixing, my producer gave to me,

Two buzzing cables,

On the third day of mixing, my producer gave to me,
Three feedback squeals,
Two buzzing cables,
And a track that was off-key.
On the fourth day of mixing, my producer gave to me,
Four phantom clicks,
Three feedback squeals,
Two buzzing cables,
And a track that was off-key.
On the fifth day of mixing, my producer gave to me,
Five dropped mic stands,
Four phantom clicks,
Three feedback squeals,
Two buzzing cables,
And a track that was off-key.
On the sixth day of mixing, my producer gave to me,
Six muffled vocals,
Five dropped mic stands,
Four phantom clicks,
Three feedback squeals,
Two buzzing cables,
And a track that was off-key.
On the seventh day of mixing, my producer gave to me,
Seven lost headphones,
Six muffled vocals,
