“It’s easy for you to say, you just got lucky!”

Here’s a photo of me making sales calls from an EMPTY apartment in Singapore — on the floor.

Getting “lucky.”

I had just sold everything I owned and went all in on my business.

I literally sat on the floor, dialling and smiling guys in America, selling like crazy.

People would say, “You’re not on the floor, are you?”
I’d reply, “Of course not, that would be so weird haha.”

I sat on that freezing cold floor, day after day — cold DMs, cold emails, another flopped sales call, again and again.

My “friends” thought I was delusional.

(We’re no longer friends.)

I’d wake up and eat concrete daily.
Close the laptop at 10pm.
Wake up at 6am and do it again.

Some nights I’d wake at 2am, an anxious mess, racing to my laptop to see if something exploded.

My wife would ask, “How’s everything coming along?”
I’d say, “Things are great. Making progress.”

But here’s the truth behind how I really got “lucky”:

I sacrificed everything to build my business.

Left a “high-paying tech job” (it wasn’t that high-paying) that took me years to get.

I was told I was “too dyslexic” to read or write in school.

Almost didn’t sit my final exams because they wanted to give me a scribe — I refused.

Scraped into university by the skin of my teeth.

Locked myself in the library and earned “college scholar” three out of four years.

(Still not sure what that means.)

Worked a 9–5 at life-sucking corporations and pretended to care about mission statements.

Then in that Singapore apartment, I sold everything to build Voics.

I quit alcohol.
Quit partying.
Quit avoiding the work.

Went from one client to two, then to three.

Now we have over 100 ACTIVE clients at Voics — entrepreneurs we work with daily.

One service turned into an ecosystem of products.

Voics is now a media company and education business.

I hired real A-players — people who go to war daily as a unit.
Built a leadership team I trust with my life.
Created a culture with clear career paths for everyone.

All in my 20s.

After years of torture on the frontline, sacrificing everything, with scars down my back and face from betrayal —

People only ever see the final rep.

I crawled across crushed glass on my knees for years — that’s how I built a business I’m proud of.

If you’re in that position now, I applaud you.

If you’re throwing rocks from the sideline — maybe it’s time to get in the arena and eat some concrete.

It’s good for you.

To everyone in the arena, keep pushin’.

No one will remember how it feels in the beginning.

That feeling like chewing on crushed glass.

The kind of pain that feels like it’ll never end.

Every day, you wake up staring at:

– A flat analytics chart
– An empty Stripe account
– A calendar with zero appointments

But here’s the reality:

Everyone starts at 0.

Every YouTube channel starts at 0 subscribers.
Every LinkedIn profile starts at 0 followers.
Every Stripe account starts at 0 revenue.
Every podcast starts at 0 downloads.
Every business starts at 0 clients.

And most people stay at 0 — not because they aren’t capable…

But because they’re scared.

Scared of failure.
Scared of embarrassment.
Scared of what might happen if it doesn’t work.

So they choose mediocrity.

Because while the upside is unknown…

The downside feels painfully certain.

I know, because I was that person.

The fear of failure crippled me at the beginning.

I spent six months thinking about launching my podcast before recording a single episode.

And when I finally recorded it, I hovered over the ‘publish’ button for hours.

Nervous. Anxious. Frozen.

Sitting on the edge of my bed…
In a freezing cold apartment…
In the middle of a dark Dublin winter.

Some BS notification from a corporate job I hated buzzing on my phone.

Worried about what my high school friends would think of me.

Worried about what would happen if I failed in public.

That voice in my head whispering:

“Just quit now. Return the mic. No one has to know.”

But then I hit publish.

And from that moment — the momentum started building.

At first, it was invisible.

Then slow.

But it was progress.

And I kept going.

If you just start, you’re already ahead of 90% of people.

If you keep going, you’ll stay ahead of 99%.

I’m proud that the young, broke, anxious version of me hit publish in 2020.

Because he ended up building everything he ever wanted in his 20s👇

I quit alcohol 1000 days ago.

It changed everything—health, wealth, and relationships.

But this isn’t about me.

If you feel stuck… if weekends keep pulling you back… if progress feels just out of reach—this video is for you.

Breaking bad habits is hard.

This will help.

Anyone can build a $1M content business.

(And it has nothing to do with hacks or tricks)

Last week in Bali, I spoke at a private mastermind breaking down the exact model we use to turn content into a business.

Not content for the sake of content.
Not relying on sponsorships.
Not chasing views.

A real business model that scales past $100K/month.

Here’s what I covered:

→ The Ecosystem Model

Why content alone isn’t enough & how to structure offers that convert.

→ High-Ticket Positioning

How to attract premium clients instead of low-ticket volume.

→ Monetization at Scale

Turning content into a system that works for you 24/7.

We documented the entire event, and now you can watch it.

This is the exact roadmap for building a $1M content business in 2025.

Watch the full breakdown below.

Wealth isn’t just money.

You don’t want to be the richest person in the graveyard.

Or the guy squeezing out of a sports car, burnt out and alone.

True wealth is multidimensional.

I sat down with Sahil Bloom in NYC to dive into his five pillars of wealth:

1. Freedom:
The ability to control your time and priorities.

2. Mental Clarity:
A focused mind beats a scattered one every time.

3. Physical Health:
Without health, nothing else matters.

4. Relationships:
The real currency of life.

5. Financial Security:
A foundation, not the whole story.

Sahil shared why staying in the game is the ultimate lever—and how compounding time and effort can create exponential results in every area of life.

This isn’t just about Stripe balances or bank accounts.

It’s about creating a life worth living.

If you’re ready to rethink wealth and build something that lasts, this podcast is for you.

Content is the backbone of online businesses.

It isn’t the flashy editing or the funky sounds.

It’s the message they deliver:

- Alex Hormozi
- Iman Gadzhi
- Dan Koe

All developed a cult like following.

Based on their authority and experience.

Coupled with a crazy amount of reps.

The volume + quality makes them a category of one.

I spoke with Logan Forsyth to break down how top creators generate millions of dollars and views.

Logan runs the show behind your favourite creator.

Scaling up thousands of posts a month, generating billions of views.

Our second podcast is a deep-dive into:

- Psychology of content
- Opportunity for 2025
- Undeniable offers
- Content systems
- Branding

If you want to build a content business that works for you in 2025, this podcast is for you.

I’ve built a seven-figure (profit) business in my 20s.

It’s based on one core belief:

Customer experience is the highest ROI.

I’ve built every single process around optimising customer experience.

Without the customer, there is no business.

Here’s my complete framework on customer experience:

(Voics client retention averages 12 months up to 36 months)

1. Actually Give a F***

Along the path of making money, people forgot about caring.

But when you simply care about your customers, everything works.

You need to feel the pain of their current situation to improve it.

It’s the lost art of online business, to actually HELP people.

2. Allow Customers To Feel Heard

You may know the answer, but you need customers to feel heard.

That doesn’t mean you wash their car for them.

It means you simply respond and listen to people’s challenges.

Voice notes, DMs, WhatsApp calls, etc.

3. Do What’s Required, Not What Asked of You

Everyone moves to the goal at different pace.

High logic customers will spearhead a roadmap.

High emotion customers will need extra guidance.

You don’t follow a SOP in Notion.

You do what’s required.

4. You Are Not Important

It’s not about you, it’s about the customer.

Even if the customer isn’t always right from time to time.

If you can’t embrace that, hire someone who will.

Get out of the way.

5. Get People Results

Results are different for everyone.

Some people want to make $100K/month.

Some people want to publish their first post.

You have to be committed to their outcome.

6. Make Customers Happy

Business and content is tough and sh*t breaks all the time.

If you make people seen, heard and have fun, they stick with you through hell.

(Even if you mess up, which happens from time to time by the way)

Then customers tell their friends and 'randomly' your business doubles overnight.

The customer is the only person who matters.

Business owners love to complicate things.

Leading to:

- Bloated teams
- 34 step Zapier flows
- Complex sales processes
- Razor thin profit margins (if any)

What if I told you there was a simpler way to make more profit and run a simpler business?

No more 2AM ‘emergencies’ from clients.

No more ‘I need to think about it’ objections.

Oh, and you don’t need any employees to do it.

James Kemp generates $250K/month with zero employees.

He’s not paid by:

- Hours chained to the desk
- Hours billed to a client
- Delivering services
- Any done-for-you
- Sitting on Zoom
- 'Day rates'

Instead, he’s paid for his wisdom and insights.

This is our second podcast focused on the one-person business anyone can start.

With a focus on the ins and outs of his $3M/year solo business.

We put together a step-by-step process for you to get there.

No one can steal your story.

They can replicate your:

- Business model
- Content style
- Logo

But no one can replicate your story.

I started my podcast with a $60 microphone.

As well as a money back guarantee as I truly believed I would return the equipment.

Fast forward 4 years later:

I built my dream podcast studio in Bali and released over 250 episodes.

Travelled the world recording podcasts.

Meeting the sickest people in the game.

People can steal the biz model.

Rip my thumbnails dry.

Even poach my clients.

But..

My story is unique to me.

It’s my unfair advantage.

It creates the right emotional reaction from the right person.

This builds your 1000 true-fans.

As well as attracting your dream clients that stick with you through hell.

People don’t buy your product.

They buy your story.
