Other times we find a really good technique that works for our hair but then something changes in our hair routine and we forget how great that step was.

I've been taking care of my natural and relaxed hair for more than 15 years. Over this time, whenever I try out a hair product, tool or technique I like to document my thoughts on each. This helps me come up with the best healthy hair care routine for my hair.
