Not feeling my Best today..have been using a few products to try and help with the Pain..But real achy in my Left shoulder..( the one I injured in my fall in Feb )..So yeah I ordered another Product to see if it helps not only with this pain but all over..I had to take a pain pill cut in half and fixing to lay down..I usually do Not like taking these..but when in pain..I do not feel good all over..Today I am going to try and file for Medicaid to help since I am Not working and No insurance right now..The healing has been slow so Prayers are welcome..I have been doing shorts on my videos as they easier to do and for some reason folks seem to like these better..So to help out please S ubscribe..Share.Comment and Thumbs up,,If you have time please go by and watch a few videos if you can..God Bless..unti next time..Patricia

Rotisserie Chicken - A Warning..I did Not know..But I felt led to Share!

Hi this is my dog Mollie..and Not the dog in the story..But I have bought Rotisserie Chicken several times to use as toppers or added things to go in her dogfood..I do Not believe she has had any issues..she is 5 now
But Yesterday this story along with a picture of their dog (WHICH I will Not share) was in my feed at Facebook..and thought..What If..Not only can I keep my dog from going thru this..but for those that read..maybe for someone else beloved pet..I know how hard it is to lose one of our furry family members.

Now you can take it as a warning or dismiss it as Not fact..that is up to up..but I will leave this info for you

***PSA: Don’t feed your dogs rotisserie chicken.
I’ve done it many times thinking it was chicken and a good treat for my boys.
Well, Saturday night I mixed the chicken juices with some rice and gave it to my boys. They devoured it of course. That was about 6:30 pm. Around 11:30 pm one of my dogs was ringing the bell to go outside, when I got downstairs there was a giant pile of puke with all the rice and other food he had eaten. He was clearly not feeling good but I didn’t think too much about it. He was pretty unsettled in the morning but I was still thinking it was something that was going to pass.
I did a few things that day and came back around 3:00, it was clear that there was something very wrong now. He wouldn’t lay down, his back was now arching up, panting, kept trying to throw up. So we took him to urgent care. They took X-rays and gave him fluids and anti nausea meds which seemed to help. Looking at the X-ray the doctor was thinking pancreatitis sent us in our way while waiting for the radiologist to read the report. We got a call that the radiologist thought there was an obstruction. Well we now headed to the emergency vet. They gave him fluids and kept him comfortable until the ultrasound tech got there. Upon scanning they found no obstruction.
Gastroenteritis was the verdict. My boy has not eaten since Saturday night, and is in so my pain but I am hoping that we are turning a corner with the help of our vet giving fluids and anti nausea meds daily.
When our vet called yesterday he was concerned that maybe gastroenteritis wasn’t certain then my husband aid could this be because we gave him rotisserie chicken. The vet was like”yes!!!” Now that he knew that we gave him that he said he sees this like once a week. Apparently it’s the fat in the juices( we didn’t give them any skin).
Maybe some dogs tolerate it for sometime. Mine both have eaten this many times, and no issues. This time only one of my dogs got sick but he is sooooooo sick. It is heart breaking to watch and to know it was because I gave him the chicken.
The picture is of my boy Apollo at noon trying to tell me he didn’t feel good.
*** he died this morning. My heart is breaking into a million pieces.
