general reqs:
- understands and adapts to the fast shifting meta of short form content
- comfortable working on gacha game related content (hoyo/wuwa/etc)
- workload of around 1 short every 2-3 days (10-15 per month)

prefer:
- already watches my content (both ideal, live on twitch preferred)
- able to analyze clippable moments from content without direction
