I've filmed a video about maximising your pumping experience this morning. Bear with me as I'm editing it. My goal this year is to deliver at least one video per month for you. I'm currently in a busy season of motherhood and have returned to offering lactation visits but also loving YouTube and want to continue making videos for you. I'm also planning on adding a "Pumping Basics" course to my Breastfeeding School on kindestmilk.teachable.com/

2 years ago, I uploaded the video "What's in my Christmas breastfeeding bag". If you are a breastfeeding mom over the holidays, this video may still be relevant to you. I discuss alcohol and breastfeeding in this video as well as how to avoid mastitis over Christmas. Enjoy your Christmas as breastfeeding mama! xxx

My son and I are now 6 weeks postpartum and have started to introduce a bottle of expressed breast milk.
In this video, we are going to demonstrate the technique of paced bottle feeding which is said to make it easier for breastfed babies to switch between breast and bottle.
No brand names are mentioned in this video in order to adhere to the WHO Code of marketing of breast milk substitutes.
Breastfed babies do not necessarily have to take a bottle in the mother's absence. There are alternative feeding methods such as cup feeding which allow you to offer expressed breast milk to baby.
