My sister got me a station for a Christmas N Scale layout I’m building with her and my mom, and man it’s so nice, super detailed, plus it has the option of lights! (I would have to buy another accessory though)
And I don’t know how I’ve gone this long without a proper station on any layout, crazy. Better late than never!

I’ll have to show off the full layout sometime soon, I’m pretty happy with what we’ve done, and what we are gonna do!

This moment, right here, this is one of my favorite moments in all of Skybound, it made me emotional the first time I read it, it makes me a little emotional now.
This is why Skybound Optimus is my favorite Optimus, he’s more than just a warrior, he’s a broken father, who just wants the best for his family, and Sparky encouraging him, and Optimus promising to keep Spike safe, oh my lord… 😭

You know, as someone who is a huge animation enthusiast and wants to become an animator, seeing all this generative ai stuff being embraced so eagerly by big companies disheartens me slightly.

Like, I don’t think human made animation could ever truly die out, but it could be lost in a sea of slop, that to the layman, looks just like the human stuff, and that sucks.

I still want to become an animator, and honestly I may make a channel dedicated to it one day when I get good, but seeing so many people using it Willy nilly, and nobody but a select few care, is kinda scary…

Well got the newest isssue of Skybound today and uh, I’m conflicted.
First, the art is great, no doubt about that, it definitely different, but that isn’t a bad thing.
But man, I don’t care for where Thundercracker and Skywarp are going, especially Skywarp, like WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE DOESNT REMEMBER BEING STRAPPED TO TELATRAAN? That’s such a lame cop-out.
Now Thundercracker has been amazing in Skybound so far, and where he’s going is certainly interesting, but not what I expected, nor really wanted.

But to be fair, this is just the beginning, maybe this will all make sense soon.

Hey, so remember how I said I’m making an N Scale video? Unfortunately I’m gonna put that hold for a little bit.
I still want to do the video, and I want to make it before Christmas, I just don’t know exactly when it will release.
Here are some photos of my temp layout tho, I recently got a turntable and it’s awesome! A real game changer.
Also, the video will most likely be a train room tour, as I’ve said, a ton has changed since I did my first layout update, and I want to properly show it off.
