As I walked through the Sweet honey scented heather into the forest I felt the lightness Of the faeries, the nature spirits of the changing season. They came as a reminder to celebrate in the beauty all around. As the seasons begin to change there is a palpable charge of newness. As we let go of summer and the new colours of Autumn begin to grace our landscapes we are transported into new territory. I personally am in a process of feeling some very old childhood wounds, allowing them to surface to be felt and acknowledged. It’s a beautiful reminder that although it can be painful it can also be celebrated. We are full spectrum beings dancing through the ever changing seasons.
