There’s a horrible guinea pig hoarding situation in LA right now and guinea pig removal is in progress, but it’s going to take a lot of work and help. This rescue mission is one that’s involving guinea pig rescues even as far as here in Vegas, so if you have the means to donate or get something off of someone’s amazon wishlist it would be incredibly helpful! And if you know anyone who’s considering getting a guinea pig or other small animal PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE encourage them to adopt from a rescue rather than a pet store, since PetCo and PetSmart regularly sell sick guinea pigs and don’t give accurate information about their needs.
