I spent a few days at my sister’s bday party (at a lake house in Virginia) — great times!

Then I got home and headed to Wednesday night BJJ, as always.

First round of the night, I hear a pop! Broken metatarsal 🦶

Ironically, my next video is a comfy shoe round up focused on foot friendly brands…

I can’t even wear any of them now because my foot is too swollen 😣

On my end, I've been spending lots of time with the kids (who will be 2 and 4 soon).

I hurt my neck/shoulder in jiu-jitsu, so I've been less mobile than usual, which has been a bit frustrating. It's getting better, just *very* slowly. Anyone have advice for pinched nerve rehab?

Well I turned 40 😬👴🏼 ... In most ways, I feel much better than when I turned 30. Tomorrow's video is all about what I learned in the past 10+ years.

I think it'll be especially useful if you're in your 20s or 30s, but I hope everyone can get something out of it.
