The most powerful thing you will ever do is become exactly who you say you are. That way no one will ever be able to make you doubt yourself, every day you wake up and you consciously make an effort to be her, to love her, to keep her safe and adhere to her standards.

It’s easy to spend time trying to please others or looking at others for their approval but really the only approval you need is from yourself. Looking outside for validation leaves you vulnerable, you lose your free will, you put your perception of yourself into the hands of others. Sometimes when you are so great the perception of others is a negative view, not because it’s true but because they could never be you. They want to dismantle your beliefs about yourself but when you are certain of who you are it doesn’t matter if you run into people who try to break you down, that will just be confirmation of your greatness and the light you bring to this world.
