When someone I love very much, got very sick.
I experienced what can only be described as a wake-up call.
I didn't write songs then.
But I do now.
Lindsey Buck didn't exist then.
But I do now.
Here is some of the advice I have been following:
Life is short and unpredictable.
Don't wait. Don't wait until it's perfect.
Just do stuff.
Make progress.
Put it out there.
Learn from your mistakes and keep getting better.
Be yourself.
Be brave.
So, that's what I'm trying to do.
I'm trying to be brave.
And have fun.
And maybe even inspire others to do the same.
