What instrument are these notes for?
Primarily for transverse flute, but they also work for piano. As for other instruments, you'll just have to try yourself

What does #, b, and * mean?
# means sharp (half a note higher than the original note)
b means flat (half a note lower than the original note)
* menas that the note is one octave higher (or in a few cases, if noted in the description, one octave lower)

Where do you get the notes?
The majority of the notes are from flutersmusic.blogspot.com and if not, I get them in different ways

Can you do [insert song here]?
I will! But I take every request in chronological order, so you have to wait until you turn. If your song isn't on Flutersmusic I'll take that one later. If you have a deadline, please inbox me instead and I will prioritize that one!
