This is the falcon‘s natural state and the baseline for falconers to control the training pace. ⚖️

Each molt is like a renewal of health and experience. 🔄
The color, stripes, and wear of the feathers reveal the bird‘s age, nutritional status, and flight habits. 🦅

Primary flight feathers ➤ Responsible for propulsion
Secondary flight feathers ➤ Control and stability
When new feathers first emerge, they have a misty edge and soft tips. 🌫️
During this period, avoid sharp turns and strong winds. 💨
Let the feathers mature gradually and strengthen the struts. 💪

🌬️ 今天訓練狀況不太好
風向有點亂 鷹的狀態也不在節奏裡
我自己也不知道是哪裡開始出錯

🪶 有時候明明準備得很完整
但現場就是一種不對勁
叫飛沒反應 眼神沒對上
就算氣氛平靜 心裡也開始打結

🧤 我蹲在地上檢查裝備 調整長繩
有點懷疑今天是不是該早點收鳥

然後背後傳來一個聲音
👀 欸 你是老K嗎？

我回頭 對方笑著揮手
那一瞬間其實有點難形容
一邊覺得今天的狀況慘不忍睹
一邊又被那句認出來的聲音
稍微撫平了些什麼

💭 原來 即使在自己最不順利的時候
也有人在看 在記得 在期待

🦅 馴鷹的路就是這樣
有時飛得高 有時摔得低
但只要還願意走出來 願意再試一次
風總會再度順起來

☀️ 明天 繼續

🌬️ Today’s training session wasn‘t going well. The wind was a bit erratic, and the falcon wasn’t in its rhythm. I don‘t know where I started to go wrong.

🪶 Sometimes I’m fully prepared, but there‘s just something off about the situation. No response when I call for it to fly, no eye contact. Even when the atmosphere is calm, my heart starts to swirl.

🧤 I squatted on the ground, checking my equipment and adjusting the longline. I was wondering if I should get the bird in early today.

Then a voice came from behind me.

👀 Hey, are you Old K?

I turned around, and the person smiled and waved. That moment is hard to describe. I felt the day was horrible, but the words of recognition soothed me a little.

💭 It turns out that even in the most difficult times, there are people watching, remembering, and waiting.

🦅 That’s the path of falconry. Sometimes you fly high, sometimes you fall low. But as long as you‘re willing to step forward and try again, the wind will always be right again.

The Red-tailed Hawk x Chestnut-winged Hawk combination is a rare and unique combination.

🔥 The Red-tailed Hawk’s lineage offers stable strength and endurance. Hailing from North America, it‘s renowned for its calmness and endurance. Its ability to maintain focus in any environment makes it an ideal companion for novice falconers.

⚡ The Chestnut-winged Hawk is completely different. It’s intelligent, quick-witted, and friendly to people. It can even hunt in packs, representing the pinnacle of agility and intelligence.

🌪 When these two personalities merge, a hybrid raptor emerges, combining the stability of the Red-tailed Hawk with the agility of the Chestnut-winged Hawk. Its flight is gentle yet powerful, its calls are responsive, but its temperament is even more individual. 🏚️💔 站在災區看著泥水淹過的屋子和散落的家當
心裡浮現一句話
👉 如果這是我的家我也會渴望有人伸出手

🚚📦 這次災區我們把一批批物資送進花蓮
把水💧食物🍞清潔用品🧹交到受災家庭手中
那一刻他們的眼神裡有感謝🙏也有安心🤝

或許我們無法重建每一間房子🏠
但能讓他們知道
🌈 這場災難不是只有自己在承受

🏚️💔 Standing in the disaster area, looking at the mud-soaked houses and scattered belongings, a thought came to mind:
👉 If this were my home, I‘d also long for someone to lend a hand.

🚚📦 During this disaster, we delivered batches of supplies to Hualien, delivering water, food, and cleaning supplies to the affected families. At that moment, their eyes were filled with gratitude and relief.

We may not be able to rebuild every house, but we can let them know that they are not the only ones bearing the brunt of this disaster.
