Statement Regarding Medication and Care
There have been misleading accusations suggesting that Erik is “administering” medication or impersonating a medical professional. These claims are entirely false.
Homeless Clients that take meds are fully aware of their prescribed medications, what they are for, and why they are kept in their personal “on-the-go” bags with Outreach teams.
Due to many of their living situations and cognitive needs, clients and people in general rely on trusted individuals—like Erik, friends family, or volunteers around the world —to help manage the logistics of keeping their medications safe and accessible.
Erik is not a nurse, nor does he claim to be. He is a volunteer and a friend who sees clients like Angie multiple times a day as part of their ongoing support networks.
Such is an example- Angie calls at 6/7pm daily and requests her medication along with dinner time before he drives to see her (which she understands and consents to taking), Erik shows up, hands it to her—nothing more unless she asks what it’s for again. This is a common-sense form of assistance, not medical administration. Many people especially those aging need reminders to take their medications on time and struggle to take them causing their health to decline.
These attacks attempt to discredit compassionate care given in a grassroots setting by twisting facts and ignoring context.
We continue to prioritize As and other people’s health, safety, and dignity, and remain transparent about how that care is provided.

Message on Forgiveness and Clarity
Too often we witness pastors, leaders, and families who once stood firm in faith slowly drift away from the truth. They may still speak with conviction, wear the title, or carry the language of ministry—but their hearts are no longer aligned with God’s purpose. They begin to take their own oaths, craft their own narratives, and lead others not toward the light but deeper into confusion.
This is why discernment is so important—and so is forgiveness.
Rico and Stick In Cali are not evil. They are not beyond redemption. They are lost right now, caught in the fog of pride, hurt, and spiritual blindness. They’ve forgotten who stood with them when no one else did, and they’ve chosen to repay grace with gossip, and love with lies. But still—we forgive.
We forgive not because we are weak, but because we are strong enough to remember what they’ve forgotten: mercy.
We pray for them, not because they asked for it, but because we see what they do not: they are falling apart before our eyes. And though their attacks may be loud, their souls are silent—crying out for help.
So let us not curse them. Let us not become what they have accused us of being. Let us stand firm in the truth, extend grace boldly, and let God deal with the rest.
Because when this storm passes, and it will, they will remember who stood in love—and who walked away in hate.
Erik ❤️❤️🩹

Letter mailed and electronically sent to YouTube Legal & Copyright Enforcement Team
Dear YouTube Team, and the Public,
My name is Erik Sanchez, the creator behind The MASA Project of Arizona’s YouTube channel (A local Nonprofit Organization). I am writing to formally report a false and malicious copyright strike filed by the user StuckInCali (YouTube channel: youtube.com/@stuckincali?si=zOnxVy3DCMWThkHP).
We were given explicit permission by StuckInCali to use one of their livestreams. We honored that agreement and created two clips from the single approved live video, which were used for commentary and clarification purposes. This use falls well within the bounds of Fair Use and was based on their documented consent.
Two hours after publishing the second clip, StuckInCali issued a copyright strike on the video in what appears to be a retaliatory and abusive act meant to suppress criticism and weaponize YouTube’s reporting system.
Evidence of Abuse and Admission of Guilt:
In a public community post, StuckInCali clearly admits that they granted us permission to use the livestream:
Post link: youtube.com/post/Ugkxsf4Zuq2Mr-6sbLRFNQowNlF_gg03p…
This is a clear admission that our use was authorized—yet they filed a takedown anyway. That makes this a knowingly false copyright claim, a direct violation of YouTube’s Terms of Service.
Struck Video:
Title: [REDACTED if you prefer anonymity]
Link: https://youtube.com/watch?v=5yLXUJPQ_fA
Request for Action:
We respectfully request:
Immediate reversal of the false copyright strike.
A formal investigation into StuckInCali’s pattern of retaliatory reporting.
Enforcement of penalties outlined in YouTube’s abuse policy—up to and including strike reversal, channel suspension, or permanent removal.
As a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit, The MASA Project relies on transparency and honest reporting. These bad-faith actions jeopardize our ability to speak the truth and protect vulnerable individuals from exploitation.
We are prepared to provide:
Screenshots of the consent.
Documentation of communications.
A detailed timeline of events.
Proof of ongoing harassment involving affiliated creators.
Thank you for taking this report seriously. Please help protect ethical creators from being silenced by those misusing the very systems designed to protect intellectual property.

Outfit for court! We go back tomorrow! ❤️
Angela showed up glowing today—freshly showered, a few soft sprays of Arsenic by Curious Natures (Phoenix local!), a shirt gifted by Leah, her favorite Levi’s, and a beret in her hair.
She was so proud of herself.
Have you ever—and I’m asking YOU—seen Angela this radiant? Her skin is glowing after a real scrub, and she’s been using her mirror to carefully do her makeup.
Today she asked, “Are you really proud of me?”
I told her, “Hell yes, we are.”
And we meant it.

This wasn’t about a call for help—it was about a community taking action to protect what’s right.
And now? We’re fighting back.
The MASA Project is seeking attorneys in Arizona with experience in:
• Copyright & Fair Use Defense
• Defamation & Harassment
• Nonprofit Protections
• Civil Rights & Digital Advocacy

Starting with the most unhinged eight hour rant, I’ve ever seen followed by more hilarity.
All we’re gonna say is:
LOL. They really thought they did something.
We told y’all—first thing outta his mouth would be “Erik is gay” or “he’s just jealous!” Right on schedule. Predictable as always.
Danielle already got her karma express-delivered. Rico’s still fumbling through his script—trying to convince folks that he “used” Erik, stayed in his house as a fake friend, after telling everyone else he’d only got with Danielle out of desperation. The real comedy? He just keeps inventing new lies to cover the old ones.
This kid needs help. Real, professional-grade help.
And as for you, Juan—
You and your wife might wanna look into a group therapy package. Your creepy probing questions, weird obsession, and imaginary attorney stunt? Comedy gold. And refusing to give us the name of your “lawyer” while running your mouth online? That’s not just dumb, it’s evidence.
So thanks for identifying yourselves and your targets. You’re literally building the case for us. Appreciate it.

A huge thank you to Amber for bringing to my attention some inappropriate comments made in the chat while we were at Denny’s. That individual has since been hidden and all abusive comments toward Angela have been removed. I sincerely apologize for not catching it sooner.
Secondly, to the incredible woman who contributed to our legal fund—thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us fight back with strength and integrity. I won’t mention your name publicly because I know how these trolls operate, and I’d never risk you being harassed for simply supporting what’s right.
We see you. We appreciate you. We love you.
Mad love always,
Erik

Setting the Record Straight: Rico’s Donations and Spending
Since there’s been a lot of noise and false accusations about “stolen money” and “missing donations,” here are the cold facts — transparent, accurate, and fully documented:
1. Rico received a total of $50 in gift cards and $50 in cash from MASA supporters
2. Tara donated $300 specifically for clothes. Rico and Angelurrrr went to Kohl’s, where Rico spent $280 and kept the remaining $20 for himself.
3. Mrs. O sent $150 for Rico and Angela to split evenly. That came out to $75 each. Rico requested his share go toward groceries, which it did — at Walmart.
4. Angela was given a room (at our expense), and Rico took Danielle out to dinner, spending $111.00.
5. On top of that, Erik personally sent $200 to Danielle as a loan to get her home after car trouble. The money was instead used for her ride back with Rico’s brother. That loan was forgiven to help Danielle. (Erik didn’t see them trashing his name and lying before sending it)
Total donations received by Rico: $375 (gift cards + cash + split donation)
Total value received/spent on Rico: $741+ — clothes, food, lodging, and transportation.
No one sold shirts. No one withheld anything. In fact, more was given than received, and all of it was tracked and used as requested.
If people are still asking “where’s the money?” — they either aren’t listening or don’t want the truth. We will always stand on transparency. But we won’t entertain lies and defamation from people who got help and still chose to bite the hand that fed them.
Angela Receives donations but they don’t quite cover the costs of her needs which is why YouTube Ad Revenue is HUGE for Angela!! She can actually live her life again. No YouTubers filming her for their sick profits, now she actually thrives and has a roof over her head and a nice soft bed! People noticed her changes from 6 months ago until now, it’s been only getting better ❤️🩹
Angela Total last 90 Days- $366
Total Spent each month - May $940 Middle of Month,
April $1604,
March $840 (March Ad Revenue = $892.77 For the whole Month)
We welcome Feedback -

A Prayer for MASA, Erik, and Our Community
“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” — John 1:5
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with humble hearts and lifted hands, asking for Your covering over MASA, over Erik, and over every soul connected to this mission. Lord, You said in Isaiah 41:10, “Do not fear, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” We claim that promise now.
God, You birthed MASA out of love, out of compassion, and through the fire of suffering. You raised up Erik, not because he was strong, but because You are strong in him. As people rise against this mission with lies, hate, and schemes, we declare the truth of Romans 8:31 — “If God is for us, who can be against us?”
We rebuke every false tongue, every evil spirit of division, and every demon of confusion and deceit in the name of Jesus. We pray for clarity, protection, and divine justice. May those who try to harm this movement be met not with our anger, but with Your light and truth. Convict their hearts, Lord, or remove them from our path.
Bless the volunteers, the supporters, and the ones MASA serves—especially those still battling homelessness, addiction, and despair. Give them peace that passes understanding (Philippians 4:7), and hope that does not disappoint (Romans 5:5).
Finally, Father, strengthen Erik. Let him not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, he will reap a harvest if he does not give up (Galatians 6:9). Wrap him in Your armor, crown him with purpose, and let every step he takes echo the name of Jesus.
We seal this prayer in faith,
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen.
