Barbara started her dance training in 2002 with Oriental dance and Egyptian folklore. Her passion and natural talent for dance, as well as her technique and feeling for Arabic rhytms and music, made her a sought after performer. Experts and enthusiasts consider Barbara to be one of the best Oriental dancers in The Netherlands.

As a true professional she continues her education by attending classes and workshops from (international) artists that inspire her. That way, in 2012 she took her first classes in Cuban salsa. The enthusiasm and expertise of her teachers made Barbara go in depth with Salsa Cubana as well as Dominican Bachata, her two new passions in dance!

She received her Oriental dance teachers certificate in 2008, and is currently second assistant to Latin dance school Baila Si!. Barbara is available for performances and workshops throughout the Netherlands and beyond. Please contact her for more information.
