I'm a UK based Physio, with a BSc Hons in physiotherapy. After graduating I was fortunate enough to start work as a private MSK physiotherapist at one of London’s leading physiotherapy clinics, amongst some of the most experienced and accredited therapists.
My passion for discovering how the body works has naturally led to me constantly researching and learning about the human musculoskeletal system. I have decided to create videos to collate this information into content that empowers individuals to understand why you may be in pain and how to optimise movement to become the best version of yourself.
