Ambient Souls
Aye, siwmae! Here you'll find Dark Souls ambience and atmosphere: just a little pet project of mine. Each video is an hour long, with POV changes every five minutes. I have tried to capture interesting ambient sounds, which sometimes requires combining audio from one area with the visuals of another, or the overlaying of sound effects extracted separately from the games. Each video begins with a mood-setting bit of a dialogue from a character who is in some way relevant to the area in question. Ultimately, these videos are meant to evoke the feeling of being in Lordran, Yharnam, etc., especially as a relaxing background experience when you're reading, studying, or working when you'd rather be playing games.

Now that we've got a couple of months until Elden Ring: Nightreign releases, there will probably be a bit of a break from weekly ambience videos. Thank you for supporting this channel for the past few years! I never really thought that this kind of thing would find an audience, but you've all been lovely. Ambient Souls
What are your favorite caves and graves in Elden Ring? I will be working on an ambient video highlighting the most atmospheric and terrifying of these minor dungeons. Please comment to make sure your favorites are included! (Tunnels and catacombs will be handled separately.)
