I have seen people who struggled for a month or two to rehabilitate in order to take a step forward, and as I experienced it, the hair they gave me was a condition of gratitude. So, I started making videos based on what I could do in the most ordinary way.

The power of the heart and lungs, the eyes to see the wonderful scenery, the feeling of the wind permeating the body, the fragrant smell of grass and the texture of the soil, and the muscles of the legs that move you forward are the reasons why you keep walking.

Although walking 10,000 steps a day is not the answer to health, we would like to share the message of health and hope that has changed without realizing it as we set a goal with ourselves and make it a daily life.
