I love wood lathe turning & sometimes mix wood carving, pyrography and painting into my work. I also do some wood working and building & various arts & crafts and gardening.....etc
My chickens are my kids!
One of my favorite pastimes is researching, photographing and documenting local forgotten historical stories, people, landmarks & cemeteries in southern Indiana along the Buffalo Trace. I find a lot of my research subjects using old news articles, written personal accounts from the past, old historical and current plat maps, researching historical society records....etc as well as interviewing current landowners and old-timers.
