The government has made many decisions which are contrary to the national interests and are more for the interests of a select few, the elites.
They have used tactics such as false flag attacks, collapse of financial institutions, create war targets when there weren't any targets, assassinated foreign leaders, created coups of democratically elected governments, and sold drugs to enrich the few.
It is no accident that many people are starting to wake up now after doing research on the internet and finding in places like YouTube a wealth of information which implicates people like the George Bush family, Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Rockefeller family and groups such as the Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, CIA, Homeland Security, UN, and others.
