I apologize for the suddenness but I have been super unmotivated lately, I have a lot going on my in personal life, I have a job, and my mental health has been pretty bad lately. I can’t continue posting here, I don’t enjoy it anymore. I might comment, but I’m not posting anymore, I’m unlisting my videos as of right now, and I might delete them soon. This channel felt like a job more than a hobby, and I’m not getting paid for anything. so basically, I was sleeping, completely normal, no interruptions, until I wake up bc my sister was grabbing some water. so, I lay back down but I suddenly get super hot, I turn on my fan and then get super cold and suddenly everything is irritating me. any little noise, so, I put in both of my headphones but then I feel like I need to hit something or do something other than laying down and I felt like I was about to cry. my heart was racing and I was getting hot again so I stand up and go to the bathroom to splash some water on my face and then I slowly calm down. does anyone know wtf this is or is this just a normal thing?
