WELCOME to The Health Shed's Yoga channel! It is here for all bodies & all ages. For those of you heading to the snow soon, start gently and warm up your muscles before you start to build strength. This is a practice, not a race. You are never too young or old to start yoga. If you are feeling down and need energy, this will help you feel re-energised, if you are wired but tired, this will calm your nervous system. Create space in your body and mind. Give yourself half an hour a day and you will be amazed at how your body and mind respond. Even if you aren't heading to the snow, start with the 40 minute warm up and then move through the practices as it is a great introduction to the world of yoga. Always be kind to yourself.
