Vent about my past: people always ask me why I flinch when I'm touched. My father sexually, verbally, and physically abused me for 12 years. I shrug it off all the time and want to hurt myself, but every time I want to hurt myself, I get reminded of him. I wish this didn't happen to me, and I wish for the pain to stop, but it hasn't... I don't like to eat, and I have trouble sleeping.. thinking he would come back and hurt me again in my sleep..
