A year ago, I started creating a story that I hoped would feel like a warm hug for children and families going through hard things. 🤍🐾

Today, Rosie’s story is finally out in the world.
“A Home for Rosie” is a gentle story about love, loss, healing, and the quiet ways the people (and animals) we love stay with us forever.

Sweet Hiccup has his full mouth dental extraction surgery tomorrow 🥺💛

The kids even made him a little note for his carrier telling him how much we love him. He has no idea what’s coming, but we’re going to make his recovery as cozy and comfortable as possible.

I put together an Amazon list of everything we’re using for his recovery, soft foods, heating pad, waterproof blankets, scale, lickable treats, all of it.

💧 Hiccup Surgery Update 🤍

Hiccup has his surgery this Friday, and we’re focusing on keeping his recovery space calm and supportive.
