Tip to solve the issue of old vs. new YouTube accounts:

If you have a relatively old personal account (the one you regularly use to consume content), you can create a brand sub-account.

In theory, it's a new account, but for YouTube, it's like an old account since it's a sub-account of a verified real person's account.

This way, you can bypass the invisible wall and possible demonetizations without apparent reason.

(This is just personal experience; it might not work 100% of the time)

One month ago, a channel posted a video with a three-word title

literally just three words! And he got.. 300K+

We've all been taught that titles need to be SEO-optimized

and SEO-optimized titles can sometimes drive views, gradually (if they rank in that search term)

But the point is...

- if your title doesn't spark curiosity
- resonate deeply
- or tap into your audience's emotions

Even the most expertly SEO-optimized title will fall flat.

Your title needs to strike a CHORD, evoke a FEELING

or awaken a DESIRE that makes viewers click and engage.

If you think your videos are not getting clicks

despite using titles similar to others who get 100K-1M views...

It seems that it's high time you gave your titles a unique angle. Don't blend in with the crowd!

For example, A title that starts with "How to" might get 100k views, but another might only get 10K. That's where you need to jump in with a unique angle and stand out in a sea of "How to" titles.

Some viewers are drawn in by an eye-catching thumbnail.

Others are readers, scanning for a single line of text that resonates.

Be the smart creator who knows how to make their title prominent!

If Your Videos Aren't Engaging, You're Losing Viewers Fast!

- Poor hooks
- Weak scripts
- Zero attention-grabbing moves

If you’re not improving in these areas, your audience will keep skipping your videos, and that could be a disaster for your retention rate.

Here’s my best advice...

To get better at this, you don’t need ChatGPT—you need some real human analysis.

(Remember, human eye can catch details and patterns that AI might miss.)

Check Out the Best: Watch the top-performing videos in your niche.

Look at their hooks, their scripts, and the tactics they use to keep viewers hooked.

Take Notes: Write down what works and why.

Compare it to your own videos and see where you can improve.

Put in the Work: Apply what you’ve learned, tweak your approach, and see how your audience responds.

Trust me, this isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about understanding what works and putting in the effort. Do this, and you’ll thank me later!

These 7 AI tools are the best OpenAI Sora alternatives for generating AI videos 🎯

1. Luma Labs Dream Machine

Generate realistic videos with Luma Labs.

This is really going to blow your mind.

2. PIKA labs

Pika Labs, a key player in generative AI video along with Runway, offers the Pika 1.0 model.

This model creates videos from images, text, or other videos and extends them up to 12 seconds, though longer extensions reduce motion quality

3. Leonardo and Night Cafe

Stable Video Diffusion is an open model, available for commercial licensing and adaptation.

Leonardo and Night Cafe, two AI image platforms, are prime examples, offering various models including Stable Diffusion.

4. FinalFrame

FinalFrame, a small bootstrapped company, is a dark horse in the AI video space.

It competes well with Pika Labs and Runway, offering quality and comprehensive features.

5. Runway ML

Runway, a major player in generative video, previously led with top-tier content before OpenAI's Sora

6. HAIPER

Haiper, a newcomer, uses a unique model and training dataset that excels at following prompts over providing fine-tuned motion control

7. LTX studio

Unlike others, LTX Studio is a full generative content platform that creates multishot, multiscene videos from text prompts.

It simultaneously generates images, video, voice-over, music, and sound effects

YouTube is NOT saturated with high value, high quality content…

You’re not competing with everyone in your niche… just the ones actually getting attention and a commitment…

It’s a very small pool if you speak English and live in the US…

There isn’t a single niche with 1000 ACTIVE 100K Subscriber channels posting high quality, high value, long form content 2x to 3x each week…

So it’s not saturated if you’re looking at what people actually give attention to.

There is always room for quality and value.

What saturated is mediocrity.

Just saw a comment saying: “It's literally impossible to build a big channel if you are not already famous.”

It is actually sad that people have such a self-discouraging mentality.

Almost every big creator initially started with no audience/fame.

And brand new channels blow up every month.

Honestly, people’s limiting beliefs often hold them back as much as anything else.

The YouTube "elite" use this technique to keep people hooked the entire video and they are called...

"Micro-Hooks"

One of the most powerful techniques to keep your audience watching till the end.

Micro-hooks are brief, captivating elements placed throughout a video to maintain viewers' interest and encourage them to keep watching.

The main goal is to open something called a "curiosity gap".

This means giving your viewers just enough information to make them curious, but not enough to satisfy that curiosity immediately.

This gap between what they know and want to know keeps them watching to discover more.

Here are 4 ways you can use Micro-Hooks right now:

1. Tease the good stuff:

Give your viewers a sneak peek of the most exciting parts of your video right at the beginning.

2. Create mini-cliffhangers:

Throughout your video, hint at what's coming next. For example, "In just a moment, I'll reveal the one trick that doubled my subscriber count overnight."

3. Use pattern interrupts:

Surprise your audience with unexpected moments, like a funny blooper, a sudden change of scenery, or a mind-blowing fact. These patterns interrupt and keep things fresh and engaging.

4. Questions:

Ask your viewers thought-provoking questions that relate to your content. This encourages them to think, wonder, and stay invested in your video.

The magic of Micro-Hooks lies in their simplicity.

You don't need to go overboard - just sprinkle them throughout your video. It also depends highly on your niche in what frequency you want to use them.

But you REALLY WANT to use them in every niche.

Even small, simple Micro-Hooks can make a HUGE difference in your audience retention.

Pro tip: copy the 4 ways on how to use Micro-hooks in your videos. Paste them with your script in ChatGPT (40 works best) and instruct it to come up with Micro-hooks (10 variations for each one).
Cherry-pick the best ones.

It’s sad that the term ‘passive income’ has become so abused by scammers, that some people now seem to think it's not even real. 😅

Of course, passive income is real. But it doesn't mean money for nothing.

It just means you put in the work upfront.

Instead of directly trading your time for a specific amount of money (like in a job), you create something valuable once, and then it can continue to make you money in the future with no more work from you.

For example on YouTube, I have videos I made around 9 months ago that still bring in "passive income" every month.

I'm doing zero work, but they're still making money.

But they did take work to make initially.

So yes, passive income is 100% real.

And it's very powerful as your earnings are a lot more scalable if they're not connected to your time (which is obviously limited).

The only problem comes when people say it's "money for no work".

You have to put in the work now, to build passive income for the future.
