We're going to be shifting things up this fall... We'll be back with some micro grows soon! Trying to get things setup here to be able to do it. There's been a lot of feedback to do some mushrooms from start to finish and some indoor microgrows (hydroponics). There was another wild suggestion about a craft item that the kiddos would enjoy too!

We are trying to mushrooms again. We've been attempting to do mushrooms from spores, but can't seem to get them to inoculate properly. We've adjusted the temps, changed locations. We have very small spots of mycelium showing, but it's been almost a month and no significant colonization. This is an all-in-one grow bag, so the white you are seeing is NOT growth, but part of the grain/substrate.

When it rains it pours! Kiddo tested positive for COVID last week, then I ended up testing positive. He's made it through the process quite well. I on the other hand am still testing positive a week later. My symptoms started the night after testing + for the first time. It went straight into my chest and started pneumonia! Started breathing treatments, inhalers, steroids and antibiotics. Dr. is concerned with the symptoms and length that it could be a potential blood clot in the lungs. x-rays were inconclusive.
We WILL be doing videos again when this mess is cleared up!

Well, we had hoped to get back sooner! We had to run a few emergency trips out of state that derailed our goals and now it's back to school time for the kiddo! Definitely still here just trying to let the chaos calm!
